The Adobe Creative Suite

If you've been thinking about upgrading your Adobe applications, here's just the opportunity to check out Adobe's new Creative Suite. This package updates and integrates their premier applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Desktop Publishing), GoLive (Web Design), and Acrobat. Users of the legendary PageMaker application may also want to stop by to check out Adobe's InDesign. It now offers a version with user interface features similar to PageMaker's, sure to ease the transition away from this popular product.

Computer Link has moved. Their new address is 4343 Pacific Ave. This is the College Square Shopping Center on Bianchi and Pacific Ave. The easiest way to find Computer Link is to take Pacific Ave. and turn west on Bianchi. Then turn left into the shopping center. Computer Link is on your immediate right.

More About the Workshops

These workshops are designed to give individual help with using a variety of programs and are especially intended for beginners. Topics vary with the need of the participants. There are usually enough computers for hands-on instruction. Topics include the Macintosh system, internet access, and specific software.

Please call Connie at 474-8508 before the meeting if you are interested in old Macintosh and Apple II systems or software.

Remember to bring disks if you want to copy Public Domain software or shareware.
