Web Design and Tools

Presented by Ben Redmond

Ben Redmond is a SAUG member and local web designer with his own company, PhatTastic Designs, dedicated to web design on the Mac. Ben will be showing us the programs and techniques he uses to create web sites, including Dreamweaver MX (for coding), Photoshop and Image Ready (for graphics), and Transmit (for file transfers). More About the Workshops

These workshops are designed to give individual help with using a variety of programs and are especially intended for beginners. Topics vary with the need of the participants. There are usually enough computers for hands-on instruction. Topics include the Macintosh system, internet access, and specific software.

Please call Connie at 474-8508 before the meeting if you are interested in old Macintosh and Apple II systems or software.

Remember to bring disks if you want to copy Public Domain software or shareware.
